About Company
Job Description
- Experience with renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid)
- Exposure to O&M of Switchyard & Transmission Line.
- Understanding of Protection Schemes, Relay Settings & Co-ordinations.
- Expertise in Fault Diagnosis, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance procedures of Switchyard & TL.
- Familiarity with Indian Grid Codes (CEA, CERC, POSOCO)
- Exposure to SLDC/RLDC processes and documentation.
- Experience in equipment testing of Switchyard & TL
- Ensure renewable energy assets meet technical standards for reactive power control, LVRT/HVRT, frequency response, PPC, SCADA & Telemetry.
- Perform detailed analysis and root cause identification of grid disturbances, and compile comprehensive reports for submission to grid authorities as required.
- Represent the organizations in discussions with state/national grid operators and regulatory bodies.
- Certification in grid code compliance or protection & control systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
