Job Description

1. Managing vendors & Group of assigned engineers at site level for quality work execution as per the project schedule.
2. Verifying all the Drawing to release for execution.
3. Ensure Entire civil work as per approved drawings.
4. Supervising & Checking of land levelling
5. HOTO (Actively member of HOTO team and handing over commissioned project in the given timeline).
6. Contract closure
7. Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy
8.  IMS implementation, records, Audit preparation.
9.  Inspection, testing & reporting of non-conformities in consultation with designated authorities as well as approved FQPs covering end to end from Raw materials (Metal, Sand, cement etc. to Finish structure).
10. Costing of each and every activity of Civil work

 

1. Education: 3 years Diploma Engg / B.E / B-tech Engg.
2. Experience: 8-15yrs in supervision of civil construction of control room buildings or solar plants.
3. Should have knowledge for standards of civil construction to ensure quality execution.
4. Preparation of Project progress, MIS reports & updating respective authority about progress of projects.
5. Site Co-ordination with Supply chain managements, Vendors and CPM
6. Measurement and Bill Certification with clients & Contractors and ensuring statutory compliances as per contract.
7. All civil related testing Such as Raw material tests, Dimension and marking verifications, Pull out test, stability tests etc.
8. Knowledge of building construction, RCC work, control room construction and Construction standards, BBS & implementation of the same as and when required.
9.  Knowledge of contour and levelling of land with proper slope
10.  Knowledge of Auto level, Dumpy level, total station machine and GPS etc. civil related machine.
11.  Knowledge of BOQ and BOM of Civil Materials, Surveying, Auto CAD, and other civil related software’s & implementation of the same as and when required.
12. Should have demonstrated working with multiple contractors and teams at site level.
13. Costing of each and every activity of Civil work.
