Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Operations of ReNew’s Power Diagnostic Center, with prevention by prediction philosophy

Oversee the performance & operations of the Wind assets

Monitoring Key Performance Indicators & Manage risks

All management reporting - internal & external

Digital projects - act as a business translator, track implementation and report value achievements

Data ownership - Single source of the asset related data for all internal & external consumption

Provide routine & non-routine inputs to Wind asset management teams for enhancing performance, productivity & reliability of assets.

 

Good Knowledge of Wind Plants:

Apply in-depth knowledge of Wind plants to optimize performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

3 to 5 years experience in monitoring and controlling renewable energy assets.

Expertise in Tier-2 SCADA operation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Knowledge of Wind plant technical & operational aspects.

Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
