Job Purpose
Operation and maintenance of HT, LT Electrical System. Mechanical HVAC, Pump House, ETP, STP& Shift team handling -Utility
Roles and Responsibilities
• Roles to Perform preventative maintenance on electrical & mechanical systems and components by the team.
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate within the department.
• Tools requirement, spare management, and team management.
• Shift schedule, corrective actions, special activities planning.
• Calibration and testing of Electrical, Mechanical Equipment.
• Coordinate and plan with other dept. as their requirements.
• Maintain safety and adhere to all recommendations.
• Supervisor is responsible for guiding and monitoring technicians for breakdown / Preventive / Predictive/ Shut down maintenance.
• coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work of plant machineries. # Shift-wise SAP report fill-up and departmental reports preparation.
• Tracking uses of Spare parts during maintenance operations. # maintaining safety guidelines.
• Supervisor is responsible for guiding and monitoring technicians for proper maintenance tools and tackle.
• Supervisor is responsible to achieve assigned KPI / KRA/ Goal / To-do/targets.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical /mechanical and 7 years of exp.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical panels, Chiller, Piping, Pumps, A.C.Units, DB, and Lighting circuit maintenance.
• Supervisor license of State is a must.
• Should be from module manufacturing background with 6 to 8 years of Experience in maintenance domain.
• Experience in Stringer (Experience in ATW will be added advantage), JINCHEN automation line (including Layup, EL, lamination, Framing and conveyors) and module testing machines.
