Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Water management for Generation and flood management in Emergencies.
2. Maintenance of all Barrage equipments 
3. Ensure the safe operation of the Barrage equipments in shifts as per SOPs
4. Procurement of Tools & Tackles, Spare availability 
5. Manage Shifts for 24x7 operation
6. Ensure the operation and maintenance team follows the safety procedure like PTW, LOTO etc.
7. Ensure to comply regulatory compliances within the time frame.
8. Analysis of breakdowns and abnormal parameters for making operational strategy.
9. Planning for trainings to enhance the knowledge of team members for adopting the best practices in the same industry.

Role Purpose:-

 1. Water management & water optimization,

 2. To ensure the safe operation of Barrage equipments in shifts as per SOPs,

 3. To ensure Regulatory compliances, 
 4. To ensure proper record keeping of all parameters
 5. To ensure implementation of HSE management system at barrage
6. To handle emergencies like flood.
