Job Description

1.Effectively implement organizational safety programs and check effectiveness in Wind Asset.
2.Participate in project planning and execution phases to ensure integration of HSE considerations.
3.Monitoring HSE processes and procedures with continual improvement based on RCA and operational experience.
4.Tracking of health and safety metrics to identify and to reduce risks with implementation and tracking of mitigation plan.
5.Implement and maintain HSE management systems, procedures, and standards as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
6.Lead incident investigations for accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely implementation.
7.Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain incident records for management review.
8.Inspect/ safety audits at site and support site to enhance safe work environment.
9.Analyse job safety and associated risk and ensure to incorporate the same in work instruction for activities
10.Preparing monthly report on HSE metrics and presenting the same to management.
11.Assist in evaluation and selection of subcontractors on the basis of their HSE performance.
12.Implement & monitor Contractor Field Safety Audit program.
13.Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills at wind farm sites.
14.Coordinate with local emergency services, ensuring site readiness for potential emergency situations.
15.Evaluate contractor HSE performance and compliance during pre-qualification and execution stages.
16.Ensure that contractors follow company HSE standards and procedures at all times.
17.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE reports for management
