Job Description
As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will report to the head of FP&A. Your responsibilities will pivot around providing financial insights and supporting preparation of projections. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively support in framing decisions that need to be made.
Experience range : 3 years to 4 years
Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Dive deeply into financial data and provide additional insights.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively support in framing decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct financial and operating comparison with competitors.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Drive digitalization initiatives for various routine reporting topics.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis lead in varied tasks related to Annual Operating plan, Board meeting, Audit committee and public reporting (6k)
Skills:
- Qualified chartered accountant, with post qualification experience up to 3 years.
- General knowledge of financial/operational principles.
- Experience developing financial reports and variance analysis.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with various management levels.
- Prior experience of working in consulting or in a growth oriented and fast paced environment
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of working on SAP
