Role- Assistant Manager- E&S
Experience- 2-7 years
Location- Gurugram HO
Roles and Responsibilities -
To evaluate environmental and social risks for new projects as per the Corporate ESMS
To conduct E&S due diligence aligned with international frameworks like IFC Performance Standards.
To track local and international environmental, health, safety, and labour laws.
To audit corporate facilities regularly to ensure full legal and internal policy compliance.
To filter incoming E&S reports, audit findings, and data sheets
To flag critical compliance issues and bring it to Manager's knowledge
To assist the E&S Lead on day to day E&S deliverables
To deliver the requisite E&S related compliance reports /documents to concerned verticals in the corporate in stipulated timeframe.
To communicate with Site E&S leads and O&M site officers towards the regulatory compliances on E&S issues.
To implement corrective action plans to prevent repeat occurrences and mitigate corporate liability.
