Job Description

Position Title - Assistnat Manager
Experience- 8-12 years
Location- Chennai

Roles & Resposnsibilities -

Checking and issuing the E-way bills received Original signed Tax Invoices from OEM's & fabricators for the movement
E-way bill creation MIS submission
Co-Ordinating with store inchgarges and arranging delivery challans for intersite, site to site, site to yard and issue the E-way bills for vehicle movement
Co-ordinating with the logistics team and tower team to arrange delivery challans for Tower sections, flanges and other imported materials for the E-way bill generation
On time issuing of e-way bill
Follow up with central team for the yard address updation in GST Certificates
Monitor the Pro-Inventory entry
E-Way Portal issue co-ordinate and resolve with central tax team
Support to store activities
