Job Description
Exp.: 3 years to 6 years of experience in administration or facility management roles
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee the day-to-day administrative and facility operations of our Mumbai office. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of office infrastructure, supporting leadership requirements, and managing travel desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall administrative operations and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the Mumbai office
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure uninterrupted availability
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of office infrastructure, including HVAC systems and other utilities
- Supervise pantry services including tea/coffee arrangements and general office upkeep
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the office premises at all times
- Provide dedicated support for CFO-related requirements, including guest handling and coordination
- Manage and oversee CFO guest visits, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Handle facility management responsibilities and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Take ownership of overall office upkeep, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage and support travel desk operations as part of daily responsibilities, including bookings and coordination

Experience & Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration/Management background)
