Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Experience in full life cycle project implementation process, including requirements analysis, prototyping, configuration, testing and documentation in SAP S/4 Hana environment to meet the business needs of ReNew Power. To work closely with all business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver, troubleshoot, redesign process & enhance SAP functionality to explicitly improve business efficiency & productivity.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the PP modules of S4 Hana & well versed in SAP MES.
2. Configuration and customizing as per the best practice of SAP Production Planning/ MES.
3. Must have experience in at least 1 SAP S/4 HANA end to end Implementation and SAP ECC support projects.
4. Production Execution and Shop floor control activity: - Production Order, Order type, Order type dependent parameters, Availability Check, Scheduling Parameter, Production Scheduling Profile, Confirmation parameter, Time ticket confirmation, Capacity Planning, Scheduling.
5. Make to Stock (MTS) & Make to Order (MTO) planning strategies.
6. Ensure compliance to existing statutory standards, and development of required data and reporting standards in this direction.
7. Should be well versed with end to end SAP PP functionalities along with Fiori apps in S4 Hana and worked on integration to other modules like SD, MM, CO, QM etc
8. Should be well versed with planning processes (Demand Management, MRP, Purchase Requisition Management)
9. Should have experience in various manufacturing processes (discrete / repetitive industries)
10. Experienced in Materials Management / Purchasing: Material Master Records, BOMs, Work Centers, Standard Values Activity Types, Routings, Planned and Production Orders, all MRP functionality, Batch jobs
11. Leverage other SAP modules/ applications e.g. BI/BO, Fiori etc. to enhance business productivity.
12. To support other SAP modules/ Non-SAP Applications on need basis.
