Job Description:
The Program manager Administration & Security strategically help oversee and coordinate the various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives across an organization. The role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and providing effective support to S&A team. The role also enables implementation of best practice processes and technology to ensure that security and administration at the site is of highest standards.
Strategy & Excellence
Perform research and industry, trends and benchmarking study and share the analysis with Head – S&A for taking initiatives and actions as desired.
Drive analysis and compliance as per Renew policy to gain qualitative insights on current initiatives and best practices.
Monitoring & Reporting
Create a cycle of reviews and enable impactful discussions with all business leaders/stakeholders to ensure the quarterly, half-yearly and annually agenda is appropriately executed and achieved.
Monitor various S&A related initiatives and projects, track achievements and present weekly and monthly trackers.
Prepare analysis/reports for various stakeholders – for instance, quarterly decks/ presentations for reviews with COO and CEO.
Communicate frequently with project stakeholders; write and present regular project status reports and also to ensure program objectives.
Security Operations & Compliance
Implement latest security technology/gadgets, especially security automation with the aim of reducing recurring cost on security and manpower over the period of time.
Ensure all necessary compliances and documentation from a security perspective are adhered to. Facilitate any audits carried out and take necessary action in case of any specific gaps.
Updating of relevant SOPs for across S&A.
Ensure smooth implementation of policies and governance for security of assets and people across all sites
Promote security best practice throughout the business.
Provide headquarters oversight for protection program operations, security surveys, readiness reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Work with Leadership team to maintain the Safety and Security of Infra.
Planning and implementing comprehensive Security strategies, Standard procedures, Business continuity plan.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
Internal Admin & Security risk assessment and Audits of all assets and facilities across business with preparedness or mitigation plan.
Create documents, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and charts, as needed by the management.
Project Management
Collaborate and work with Head – S&A, leaders and BU SPOCs to prepare and prioritize the S&A projects/initiatives across Renew.
Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders for meetings, planning, decision making, strategy development, audit, compliance and budget preparation.
Administration Operations & Compliance
Regular review of department budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.
Define program requirements that identify all elements of cost, schedule and technical requirement of department.
Help management in recruiting and training staff on requirement. Assist in managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
Prepare internal and standardized external communications.
Meet with partners as directed, to understand and interpret needs and translating business concepts into high level requirements.
Collaborating within the departments to determine needs of Admin & security.
